Our commitment

Real Deal Family Holdings LLC d/b/a Tradition Fine Cabinetry is committed to making traditionfc.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, and to providing an equal opportunity to learn about and obtain our kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and custom cabinetry services.

Conformance standard

We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we treat those guidelines as our benchmark for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our current self-assessed status is partially conformant: most of the Site meets Level AA, and we are actively remediating the remaining items identified in our reviews.

Measures we take

• Ongoing accessibility review of pages, forms, and interactive components as part of our website maintenance.

• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images marked as decorative.

• Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and interface components.

• Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator, logical tab order, and a skip-to-content link.

• Form fields with programmatically associated labels, clear error identification, and instructions not conveyed by color alone.

• Semantic headings and landmark structure so screen readers can navigate the page.

• Accessible names for buttons, links, and the chat widget, and an accessible text alternative to the chat notice.

• Resizable text up to 200% and support for browser zoom and reflow without loss of content.

• Video and media controls that can be operated by keyboard; captions where audio conveys information.

• Accessibility considered in the selection of third-party tools, and remediation requested from vendors where a third-party component falls short.

Known limitations

Some content is provided by third-party services — the chat widget, embedded social media and video content, mapping and review widgets, and our email signup page — and portions of it may not be fully accessible. We are working with these providers and will offer the same information and assistance directly by phone or email in the meantime. If you encounter a barrier, tell us and we will provide the information or complete the transaction with you through an alternative accessible channel at no additional cost.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this Site. Please include the page address, a description of the barrier, and the assistive technology and browser you use. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to provide a substantive response and remediation plan within 10 business days. Assessment approach

Our accessibility status is based on internal evaluation combining automated testing tools, manual keyboard-only testing, and screen reader spot checks. This statement was prepared on September 17, 2026 and is reviewed at least annually and after significant Site changes.
